Welcome to Days Since® (the “App”), developed and offered by A Couple of Friends OOD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
We offer optional subscription plans—including, but not limited to, monthly and yearly options—and a one‑time lifetime purchase that grants permanent access to premium features. Subscription options and pricing may vary by region and are displayed within the App.
All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We do not process or store any payment information.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Renewal charges apply at the current rate shown in the App Store.
From time to time we may offer a free trial. Billing information may be required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. If not canceled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically begin and the applicable fee will be charged. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free‑trial offers at any time.
You may cancel or manage your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period; premium features remain available until that period ends.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. If you request a refund, we may share limited, non‑personal usage data (via RevenueCat) with Apple to assist in evaluating whether the subscription was meaningfully used. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.
We may change subscription prices at any time. For existing subscribers, Apple may require you to accept any price increase; if you do not accept, your subscription may lapse. Apple provides notice of price changes via email, push notification, or App Store alert.
We do not require user registration and do not collect personally identifiable information through the App. All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We use third‑party services (e.g., Sentry, Countly, RevenueCat) for crash reporting, analytics, and purchase management; these services may collect anonymized data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App does not upload content to our servers. If you choose to share images of your progress, the images are generated on your device and shared solely at your discretion.
The App and all content therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software code, are the property of A Couple of Friends OOD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Days Since®” is a registered trademark of A Couple of Friends OOD in certain jurisdictions. You may not use this trademark or any other marks or branding elements associated with the App without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

If you provide comments, ideas, or other suggestions regarding the App (“Feedback”), you grant A Couple of Friends OOD a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate such Feedback into the App or related services without obligation to compensate or credit you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that data stored on your device will remain available. The App is a tracking tool and does not by itself prevent, treat, or cure any habit, addiction, or health condition.
The App is for habit tracking and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical adherence tools or emergency reminders. It does not provide medical, psychological, addiction‑treatment, or health advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding health or substance‑use concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Couple of Friends OOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
The App may provide links to websites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third‑party sites, and your use of such sites is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the App after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
